Ok, here are the scripts I know about that are fake or likely so:

Avengers (2012) (Undated) (131 p.) (Digital) - likely fake
Batman vs. Superman (Goyer & Terrio) (3rd Draft 119 p.) (Warner Watermark) fake
Batman Triumphant (AKA Batman Unchained) (131 p.) (no cover page) - fake
Bioshock (Logan) (2-25-2009) (86 p.) (Digital) - fake
Green Hornet - Shattered Mask Part 2 (Michael Jennings) (Rev. 10-15-2004) (65 p.) (Digital) - possible fake
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2nd Draft) (202 p.) (no cover page) - fake
Indiana Jones and the Gift From the Gods (Steve Wrench) (117 p.) - fake
Indiana Jones and the Sons of Darkness (Jeffrey Boam) (184 p.) - fake
Indiana Jones and the Sword of Arthur (Orig. listed as by Jeffrey Boam; Actually Michael Prentice) (3rd Draft) (83 p.) - fake
Man of Steel (122 p.) (no cover page) - fake
Star Wars - The Last Jedi (Episode VIII) (138 p.) - fake
Transformers 3 (Ehren Kruger) (11-24-2009) (126 p.) - possible fake
World's Finest, The (Batman vs. Superman) (Goyer & Terrio) (3rd 1-19-2014) (Warner Watermark) (153 p.) - fake

I'll update and/or correct as we go, based on your posts below.

Also, if you have them, please add specifics like page count and other details that can pin down which file the alleged fake is. An actual copy of "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" is out there but almost exclusively in the higher level collector circles. It's the Shooting Draft, dated 5-1-2006, and runs 140 pages. There are many Indiana Jones Fan Fiction scripts out there that aren't pretending to be the real deal. Many of these can be found at The Raider.net.

That Batman Triumphant script has also had the title Batman Unchained on it. Probably because Protosevich mentioned that title in an interview a couple years ago.

That also includes Indiana Jones and the Sword of Arthur.

It would seem obvious since the cover pages pretty much tell you it's a fan thing, but I've seen some people list those Green Hornet - Shattered Mask scripts. Dated 10-15-04 by a Michael Jennings.

On Reddit there's what I can only guess is a fan-fiction of The Last of Us, which people are purporting to be a leaked draft.

It has the poster currently used on IMDB as the cover page. 116 pages, Second draft/rough (01/21/15), written by Scott Lupar, along with his Hotmail.

I believe that same draft was posted here a while back. I recall there being a bit of an argument about it.
Oh right, I wasn't aware of that. When I found it, I came on here, to see if it was real. But didn't find any posts, which was another reason why I believed it was fake.

There's also a treatment for TFA written by Michael Arndt. I can't remember where I saw it, I think it may have been in a script dump in the VIP section, but I'm guessing that is also fake?

If anyone has this under any similar file name, it's actually a digital copy of Goldsman's Batman & Robin with a false cover page:
Batman V Superman (Terrio) (127 p.) (Digital)
Thanks to Cracken who pointed it out.

Someone on ebay who sells a ton of scripts I was talking to a month ago, told me he has a Batman Frightening copy along with all the "real scripts" he had got in a bundle. I guess it's fake but it's not the digital version that's going around... So maybe this is the hard copy that started it all? Is this script 100% guaranteed fake? Because it surprises me there is indeed a hard copy out there along with real scripts he had got in a bundle..

Do we know what's up with that Transformers 3? I have a scan of it which has a big DRAFT stamp on the cover page. It looks pretty real to me.

This has started going around, and so far the consensus is that it's a fake:

X-Men 3 - Penn/Kinberg, 6th Rev., 7-11-2005, 151 pages, digital

The scanned shooting draft that the upper tier collectors have is around 60 pages shorter, so there's that. I'll update if I get anything better.
